All workshops, lectures, courses, consultations with sensitives and interviews required for courses should be booked through our Reception desk. This is also where all payments, including for membership should be made.
The Reception is open Mondays to Fridays from 10am - 7pm
10am - 8pm (Mon, Wed, Thu)
10am - 7pm (Tue, Fri)
Participants are advised to book as far ahead as possible for Courses, Workshops, Masterclasses and Special Lectures, to avoid disappointment.
New students: If an interview is required for your course please contact Reception to book an interview.
Please be aware that full payment is required immediately after a successful interview to secure your place on the course.
Ongoing students: In order to secure your place for the following term, you must pay the fee in the last week of the present term or first week of the following term.
While we are working on expanding our services via the internet, the necessary two-way exchange of information during booking (e.g. availability of places, alternative dates/times of consultations, etc.) makes it generally impractical to book directly through the website.
Please note that availability of places cannot guaranteed and the booking procedure is only complete after we have confirmed your booking.
Reception can get quite busy at times, particularly on Mondays, please be patient if we can't answer the phone immediately and try again later.
