RECEPTION: PAYMENT OF FEES
If you want to book a workshop, lecture, consultation or an interview for a course, just call 020 7589 3292 or visit us in person. The Reception is open Mondays to Fridays from 10.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturdays from 9.15am to 2.15pm.

While we try to keep all information here accurate and up-to-date, you are advised to always check fees & times with reception, as we are not liable for errors on the website.

PAYMENT
Besides cash in Pounds Sterling, the following credit and debit cards are accepted:

Cheques should be made payable to ‘CPS’. Bookings by post must include full details of the booking on the back of your cheque, along with cheque card details. Please also enclose your full name, telephone number and membership details if appropriate.

Sending fees by post is no guarantee of receipt by the College. Membership discounts can only be given if a membership card is shown when booking in person, or if full membership number and expiry date is quoted when booking by telephone or mail. All subscriptions and fees are inclusive of VAT.

No provisional bookings can be accepted. All fees must be paid in advance in accordance with the following:
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION FEE
A 25% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made outside the Grace Period (see below).

GRACE PERIOD
Full payment is necessary at the time of making a booking. You will have a Grace Period of three full working days immediately after making the booking during which you will not incur any cancellation fee, providing that cancellation complies with the Cancellation Notice Periods stated below.

CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIODS

  • Consultations: Two full working days’ notice before the appointment.
  • Workshops: Seven full working days’ notice before the date.
  • Courses: Twenty-one full working days’ notice before the start date.

For cancellations not in conformance with these notice periods, the whole payment is forfeit. However, where an event is full and your place is resold, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee.

REFUNDS
In the event that the College has to cancel a Workshop, Course, or Consultation with a sensitive or healer, all fees will be refunded in full. The College reserves the right to change the tutor of any Course or Workshop if circumstances demand.
  • Refunds cannot be given for cancellations made on the day that Consultations or other events are due to take place.
  • Refunds cannot be given once a Course or Workshop has commenced.
  • No refunds can be given for Lectures, Special Lectures and Masterclasses.
