WELCOME TO THE COLLEGE OF PSYCHIC STUDIES

Founded in 1884, the College is a beacon of light and learning for those seeking to explore a consciousness beyond matter.

Welcome to the Programme

The College aims to act as a beacon of light and learning for those who wish to explore the many ways in which our world continues to suggest the existence of a ‘consciousness’ of some sort – one that appears to extend beyond matter itself.  Whilst the core of our studies retains a strong focus on the development and understanding of mediumship, psychic ability and healing, we also endeavour to embrace wider areas of interest including the growing capacity of science to provide a broader context to such phenomena within the consciousness movement.

Our experienced and highly-respected freelance consultants provide students with a thorough and safe training environment, fostering continuing professional development in specialist areas of expertise.  As well as ongoing courses, we offer a variety of workshops and lectures by experts in the field, covering a diverse range of subjects.  We aim to provide something of interest to all, from the interested sceptic to those who long ago embarked on an extended journey of self-discovery through our work at the College.

As well as ongoing courses, we offer a variety of workshops and lectures by experts in their field, covering a wide range of related subjects.

You can download the complete Spring 2011 Brochure as an Adobe PDF file.

Clicking the link opens a new window with the PDF file (if your web browser supports the inline viewing of PDF files, most do). To download the file to your hard disk, Right-Click (or Control-click on a Mac with a one-button mouse) the link and select the apropriate download option from the contextual menu. This is browser dependent: Look for "Save File as...", "Download linked File" or something similar. In the File Dialogue window, locate the directory on your hard disk you want to save to and click the SAVE button. On a Mac, you can also Alt-click the link to save the file directly to your default download location. A basic PDF Reader (like Acrobat Reader, available for free on Adobe's website) is required to view/print the file, but most system have this feature pre-installed already.
