Learn to meditate using guided meditationsand exercises to develop intuition and an ability to connect with others. This course emphasises personal development, building a strong sense of self to encourage greater spiritual awareness.

A lunchtime session to learn tools to help you to relax your body and mind. Come and let go of the stresses life thrusts upon us all, at whatever age. Learn the power of your own creative mind, as you unlock this hidden resource we all posses. Using hypnosis and meditation, we will journey to a spiritual place, and experience hidden wonders that have been used for centuries by Egyptians, Native Americans and Aborigines. This class will help you to heal, seek guidance, insight or just to prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Bring a mat and something to cover yourself with.

| Stillness and Flow (GEOFFREY BEITZ ) |
Meditation is an inward journey about becoming intimate with your deepest self. You will use simple awareness exercises and techniques such as focusing on breathing, relaxation and imaginative spiritual visualisations, understand the nature of what meditation is, and how it can it benefit psychic development, healing and general well-being. You will work towards producing a desired state of stillness and flow. This course is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced, exploring and focusing on building a sound foundation for the practice of meditation.
