Thursdays

Every day, we ask Spirit questions about the meaning of life and our journey. This group offers you a chance to do that and get some answers through the teachings of Master Chou, a wise Spirit being who is channelled by Sarah. Over these four weeks Master Chou will make you aware of your Soul and start to reveal its reasons for being here. He will discuss why we incarnate, karma, manifesting, being energetic and connecting to your Higher Self and much more. His goal is to start your conversation with yourself as to who you are and why you are here.

Thursdays

Following on from Part 1, Master Chou will now talk to the group in more depth about free will, ego and lessons. He will encourage you to look at mindfulness, cause and effect and personal responsibility, as well as acceptance, trust and more. This group aims to take you on from knowing that you are human to understanding that you are Spirit and living spiritually. Students must have completed: The Journey of the Soul: Discussion Group - Part 1. Numbers are limited due to the nature of the group.

This programme will explore intensive light healing and awakening techniques that empower your field, accelerate energy levels and awareness techniques essential to your Higher Purpose. Open to all, this class explores powerful channelling, energy experiences and communication on new realities and potential for the emerging self and new world. Includes training in channelling, trance and group light healing to accelerate awakening and transformation.

Fridays

This class introduces you to the first steps of trance control. It covers preparation of the self, including psychic protection, and guidance in the practice and development of trance, in its varying degrees, according to individual abilities. You will be able to develop at your own pace.

Fridays

This class is open to any student who already has a good foundation in trance development and wish to progress in this manner of communication. Students will continue to build on their knowledge by focusing on a deeper way of communicating as well as enhancing Spirit participation.

Tuesdays

This course is for those in an advanced stage of Trance development who wish to harness their knowledge for professional use. It explores the purposes and techniques of trance in spiritual work, while allowing each individual to develop freely, according to their ability and aptitude. The student is gently guided into a professional manner of working, in readiness for the fulfilment of spiritual service.
