| Unless otherwise stated all workshops run from 10am – 5pm and cost £65 for members and £85 for non-members. £15 reduction is applied for all bookings made more than a week before the workshop date. |
We have the capacity to be so much more than we are. As integration of the old and new is achieved we are more able to move into new realities and ground breaking awareness increases. This workshop explores new light awakening approaches for 2012 to expand your psychic, intuitive and awareness potential in powerful empowerment and awakening. We will explore new light channelling techniques to end pain and cycles that slow healing and evolution - for yourself and also for those around you. You will use methods of deep insight and essential new consciousness integration to free yourself and any high sensitivities you have in coping with everyday life. This will be a magical, high energy, transformational workshop. To truly be light is to truly free yourself and others.
This workshop explores the ancient tradition of Shamanic Journeying using core shamanic techniques. You will be taught how to tap into buried knowledge by moving deep inside yourself with the ancient tradition of drum rhythm which alters brainwave frequencies. Using traditional ceremonial techniques, we will call in the Spirits and create a safe place for healing to take effect. You will be guided how to Journey using the rhythm of the Drum by experiencing the Lower World where you will meet with the Spirit Medicine of Plants/ Trees/Flowers. You will be guided to the Middle World where you will meet with the Faerie Guides assigned to each change in season. Whilst traversing each season with Faerie, you will work through a particular issue/coping mechanism which has potentially been with you since childhood/ Spring. Faerie will show you how this particular defence mechanism manifested in youth/Summer, recognising the same whilst Journeying in adulthood/Autumn and learning how to let go and trust whilst with Faerie in your elder years/ Winter. Sharry is a medium and teacher who has taught Mediumistic Development classes for 14 years. She is a healer member of the N.F.S.H and for many years taught healing in Adult Education at Morley College. Sharry is a registered yoga teacher (F.R.Y.O.G) and presents workshops and courses. |

This workshop will be a celebration for women who have reached the stage in their life when their body starts to change. Usually between the ages of 40 and 55 years. This transition should be a beautiful natural upliftment but is sometimes clouded by stigma of how woman are perceived by the World when they pass child bearing age. We will be working on the Emotional and Spiritual aspects of this transition. How to greet this passage with joy and look forward to the creative possibilities that lie ahead. By working on Breathing, Relaxation and Meditation techniques we will explore our creative centre and release the wisdom within. Our light will then shine forth and lead us along the path of the Wise Woman. Learn to relax, tune in and accept the physical and emotional changes, enter this new phase of life with joy and hope for a creative and fulfilling future. Bring with you a piece of music that is close to your heart. Coloured pens and paper. Wear bright colours.

This workshop brings together the Major and Minor Arcana and blending all that you know about the individual cards. During the day you will gain a greater understanding of how cards combine together to create the story of the mirror to the soul, and you will have the opportunity to develop practical and psychic skills as you learn more about how to work with a ‘spread’. You will also gain confidence in your Tarot skills and will begin to develop your own unique, individual style. This workshop is part of the Foundation Tarot course, but is open to all.
