This is part 2 of a 6-part dowsing course, which works towards a professional certification. This day is complete in itself or may be taken separately. In Dowsing, Part 2 you will learn how to diagnose geopathic stress and electromagnetic disturbances, as well as psychic disturbances and disruptive energies. You will be introduced to ‘distance dowsing’ by working with a plan of your home. You will be shown how to check the natural flow of energies and how to dowse for solutions to harmonise them, using a comprehensive list of remedies. Projects will be given so that you can check and verify your dowsing answers when you get home, and start working in a practical way to harmonise your home environment.

Christopher Strong is a professional dowser who helps clients by harmonising earth energies and psychic disturbances. He has been dowsing for over 25 years and is also an accredited Feng Shui consultant.

A practical and experimental introduction to healing and self-healing, suitable for beginners. The day will include self-healing guided meditation work to explore healing energies, and practical pair’s exercises to try out ways of giving healing to another person in a safe environment. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Edwin works as a healer, reflexologist, and meditation leader, and is a tutor on the CPS Healing Accreditation Course. He has a background in social care training and development.

In the last in a series of five workshops you will be learning about the fluids of the body, specifically the lymphatic and urinary systems, synovial, interstitial and cerebrospinal fluid. Each fluid flows to a different rhythm. We will look at how they provide a transport system and place of transformation.

Author of The Alchemy of Voice he has been Master of Voice at Shakespeare’s Globe for ten years and Head of Voice at the Webber Douglas Academy and the Drama Centre, London. Stewart has a private practice in London and New York as a Voice Alchemist and Master of Presentation. He trained the presenters of the London 2012 Olympic bid and has many illustrious clients.

Professionals and therapists of all modalities working in the health care professions use intuition to inform their therapeutic work and interaction with clients. In this process, they open themselves up to subtle energies and in doing so they can become drained and exhausted. Some professionals manifest their clients’ physical or emotional symptoms or find it difficult to dis-entangle themselves from projections, transference and counter-transference with their clients. How can we become more aware of the wealth of interactions between client and practitioner and develop this communication to inform our work? A better understanding of the energetic interactions between client and practitioner will help develop intuition and non-verbal communication. Practical ‘tools’ will be taught to enable practitioners and therapists to look after their own well-being and in turn allow them to be the best they can be for their clients. The workshop’s emphasis is very much experiential, practical, interactive and fun!

Hartmut trained in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy and has taught development classes and energy workshops for six years. Hartmut is also a tutor at the College.

Cords are energetic attachments to other people. We go through life cording to others and being corded in return. Some of these cords are positive such as those between loving partners or between parents and their children. Other cords can drain our energy and cause pain and ill health. Often these cords are unintentional, but sometimes they are formed consciously for a particular reason. During this workshop we will use different methods to locate cords in ourselves and others. We will learn why each cord exists and how to work with that energy before cutting it and ensuring that it does not reform. We will also learn how to protect ourselves from this kind of intrusion.
