4 & 5 February 2012 (Saturday & Sunday) Two Day Workshop

This two-day workshop is approved by the British Society of Dowsers and is part of a series. You will use a number of dowsing tools including pendulums and dowsing rods. You will explore the various uses of dowsing, using charts for health and environmental intolerances, dowsing the chakras and balancing and working with crystals, learn the basics to locate water, learn about geopathic stress and the effects its has on our homes and our bodies, know when to use psychic protection, methods of deviceless dowsing very useful when tools cannot be used. Learn how dowsing can be used to discover ancient buildings and places and we will be visiting sites in the local area.

Working with Spirit in the altered state is more than just altering your brain patterns, it also requires moving your Self out of the way. But what do we mean by Self? Self means your personality, conscious and sub-conscious mind and ego; removing all this is not an easy task. Knowing yourself is vital if you are going to successfully move to one side. Trance Mediumship is a delicate balance of Spirit moving in to communicate and you moving out to allow that to happen. However, your ego often rejects that idea and hangs around or can even deliberately assert itself and project an alter ego. In this workshop you will work with your ego to better understand how it works and gently encourage it to move aside and build trust in the communication as being Spirit rather than you. The body is more than a tool by which we move through life; it is intelligent! Your body is a walking radio capable of picking up intuitive information. Your energy centres and auric field are sensitive to the sounds of the world’s energy all around you. The physical body acts as a store house, holding information in its cells such as our DNA. All these various parts of information go together to make ‘you’. All have their own sound, which becomes your unique physical theme tune and can be read intuitively by others and understood by you. The body also stores emotional memory, the echoes of things we didn’t allow ourselves to feel or deal with at the time. All of this also has a sound quality to it, you might not be able to hear it, but you can feel it when you are not in harmony with yourself. This workshop is based in traditional teachings and will encompass working and opening the chakras, cleansing, tuning in, protecting and closing down methods including breathing techniques and exercises; which will be supported by practical exercises. We will work on the psychic level with auric readings, psychometry and flower readings. We will not be working on the clairvoyant level but working towards it by developing the lower chakras and understanding their uses before moving onto higher vibrations in part 2. Students must have completed Sharry’s Fundamentals of Energy Work workshop or have an understanding of how the chakras work.
