In this new workshop in the ‘Touching the Unseen’ series you will learn how an unresolved lifechallenging event (the inciting incident), such as the loss of a loved one or a loved situation, can launch someone into a saga of chronic imbalance and resistant problems. Working singly or in pairs you will remind yourselves of the intrinsic power of the human body-mind-spirit to heal itself and find ultimate peace and wellness through the process of ‘relax and do nothing’, using the simple ways of pranic meditation and spine energetics. As part of this process you will also learn how to precisely intuit the characteristics of unresolved events and how to stream energy to unblock and rebalance the major joints, chakras and acupoints of the meridian-nadi system both for oneself or for others, to thus restore order out of chaos. Participants should have either attended the previous workshop or already be familiar with the basic concepts of meditation and the chakras. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing.

Nature spirits and fairies are all around us in our gardens, parks and open spaces. They would like us to acknowledge them so that we can become more attuned to nature, our environment and start to acknowledge and work with them. The day starts in the College with a discussion about what fairies and nature spirits are and then moves to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens so that you can start to feel or tune into their vibration within our energy fields. Both these gardens have monuments like Peter Pan and areas where we are being invited as individuals to meditate and sense their presence. This workshop is open to all. Please bring a picnic for lunch, a blanket to sit on for meditation and wet weather clothes and umbrellas in case of rain.

It can be easy to feel like a failure when dealing with illness, dis-ease and medication. There can be subtle but powerful guilt around “having created it” and needing medication at all, or not being able to love or heal the condition away. Spend a day exploring possibilities and opportunities for growth, change and deepening presented by dis-eases and medical approaches to dealing with them. Investigation, invitation, dropping resistance, acceptance, gratitude and other methods can be employed to blur the boundaries between illness and health, allopathic and complimentary approaches. This workshop shows you how to identify areas of weakness which might contribute to poor vitality or ill-health now or in the future, through dowsing. You will learn how to find natural ways of reversing these weaknesses using homeopathic remedies, flower remedies and other healing techniques in order to promote long-term health and well-being. This workshop explores the ancient tradition of Shamanic Journeying using core shamanic techniques. This workshop opens with a ceremony using smudge, rattle, voice and drum, calling in the Spirits and creating a safe place for healing to take effect. You will be guided how to Journey using the rhythm of the Drum by first experiencing the Lower World where they will meet with an Animal before experiencing the Upper World and communicating with a Teacher. During their time in the Upper / Lower Worlds, you will strengthen the connection with your guides. You will be given answers to pertinent questions put forward whilst in a state of Journeying and also be guided how to implement these findings into everyday reality. This is a follow up workshop to part one based on traditional teachings. The workshop is for students who have been working at the auric/psychic level for a while and have not fully made the transition to working at the clairvoyant level. We will be working on differentiating between the psychic and clairvoyant levels and how to raise the vibration and recognise where the information we receive is coming from and how to relay it to the sitter. Students must have completed Part 1 or have been in a beginners development class for at least 2 terms.

A fun day exploring colour, with the aim of bringing more joy into your life with colour. You will start the day checking and spring cleaning your Chakras making sure they are true to colour. Using ribbons in fabulous colours you will learn how to give your intuition a good workout. Geo means Earth and ‘metry’ means measure. Many of our sacred ancient sites such as Stonehenge and Avesbury are laid out in geometric patterns. This workshop studies these patterns and how we can lay them out and use them for our own sacred personal healing work. A day of meditation, insight and healing within a group circle.
