This workshop explores the paths we can choose to take as we progress and journey on the spiritual way and whether or not we opt to take the psychical or mystical path - or both! We will explore the difference between these two archetypes as well as the various techniques that can be employed by both including sand and flower reading, auragraphs and channelling. Today we will develop our ability to work mediumistically and strengthen our connection with the loving Spirit world. We will deepen our connection with our helpers and guides and be open to the loving communication that is possible between ourselves and loved ones who have moved to the Spirit world. Through practical exercises we will look at ways how to enhance our ability to bring through clear and sound evidence of survival with meaningful messages to the recipient or ourselves. Please bring a photo of a person who you personally knew well who is now in the Spirit world. This workshop is suitable for students with some previous mediumistic training.

Cords are energetic attachments to other people. We go through life cording to others and being corded in return. Some of these cords are positive such as those between loving partners or between parents and their children. Other cords can drain our energy and cause pain and ill health. Often these cords are unintentional, but sometimes they are formed consciously for a particular reason.

During this workshop we will use different methods to locate cords in ourselves and others, learn why each cord exists and how to work with that energy before cutting it and ensuring that it does not reform. We will also learn how to protect ourselves from this kind of intrusion.

In this workshop Ben will then use our heightened state of awareness to strengthen our own energy field, with specific practices to expand, strengthen and direct your Aura. We will learn how to stay grounded and connected within the city and any other chaotic environment. Ben will look at the shamanic use of intent and drawing on Energy in healing work, opening psychic awareness to connect with the energy of sacred sites, nature spirits, trees and elemental beings, and connecting to the Spiritual Energy of the Earth, harnessing this power for healing.

This workshop is designed for those who have an interest in working in the channelling or the trance state. During the day we will look at the various levels of connection and the various methods of entering them.

The workshop will be experimental with some discussion about the purpose and future of channelling and trance mediumship. We will also explore the mechanics of trance, channelled communication, energy and the preparations for safely working in the altered states. In addition Sarah’s guide, Master Chou, will talk to the group about trance and take questions.

In this Workshop Ana will provide an insight into the links between healing and myth in Ancient Greece. She will look at Jung’s work on myth and links to the Collective Unconscious, observing how dreams are a symbolic language of the unconscious, drawing on archetypes found in myth. Ana will explore ways in which we use stories in everyday life: film, books etc. to relieve stress, and how fantasy in books, film and TV are linked to dreams and can hold clues as to unconscious drives and complexes. She will also look at how Astrology embodies myth to help us to better understand ourselves and how these myths could help us to heal past wounds.

Ana Isabel is an Astrologer who is heard regularly on BBC radio and writes for the internet magazine www.marmaladya.com. Ana is currently exploring how to combine dramatherapy and Astrology to help unblock repressed aspects of our personality. The Crystal Journey is a day of meditation and crystal healing to balance the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water within our energy fields. In the morning we shall meditate with crystals and work with the spirits of nature to heal any aspects which arise within the work and our bodies. In the afternoon we shall take you on a guided journey to connect with the fifth element of Spirit to cleanse and revitalise your body’s energy system, particularly the bottom three chakras.
