Soular heroes are those who respond to an inner call to undertake a mission that serves a higher purpose. Everyone can read the energy imprint from objects. In metaphysics, it’s said that there is more space than matter in an object. Personal energy gets absorbed into that space, which makes it possible to learn the history of the object or the person who owns it. Bring something you wear a lot that hasn’t been worn by anyone else - jewellery works best. Also bring an object that belongs to someone else and an old object, the history of which is known to you.

This workshop will help you to enjoy more of the world around you by becoming in tune with anything you choose. You will also learn how to sense the energy of non-human life and tune it all out when needed.

In this workshop you will learn about the amazing properties of crystals sent to us from Mother Earth, and how we can work with them for self healing. This day will cover such subjects as discussing the crystals, how their colour is formed by the minerals they grow in, and how to clean/care for them. We shall then utilise this ancient knowledge from our ancestors to heal and harmonise ourselves with these sacred tools using practical lessons for grounding, protection, meditation and healing.

We will draw portraits of Spirit, as well as automatic writing and learn to recognize the differences between loved ones in Spirit and Spirit guides.
