This half day session is aimed at all professionals who work with clients in any capacity. We will work with a broad range of practical energy management techniques from a variety of traditions. You will discover how to protect yourself from taking on client energies; how to clear yourself and your work space from heavy energy build up. Improve your spirit communications by opening your heart and mind to Spirit to receive communication and guidance. This is a gentle day to start to explore the practice of meditation and to learn basic techniques. We will look at the benefits of meditation and how we can bring this into our daily life to start to experience inner peace. We will learn how to sit for meditation and we will work with two ancient practices: the mindfulness of breathing and a practice to cultivate loving kindness. We will learn how to start to still our minds and listen to our inner guidance.

Janet Limb trained at the college as a healer, psychic and medium. She works both at The College and at spiritualist churches as a psychic medium. A college tutor for many years, she has studied various meditation practices including the Buddhist traditions.

Part two of a two-day workshop. Practical exercises and discussions in a safe learning environment will cover the following: recap and working deeper in areas covered in part 1, different ways of receiving psychic/mediumistic information. e.g. clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. and inspirational speaking. We will also look at the good code of practice when delivering and receiving messages. An opportunity to learn how to voice sounds and produce vibrations that facilitate healing of the emotional and physical bodies. In this half-day workshop, you will be given techniques to support the voice, breathing exercises, relaxations, plus moments of stillness. Come and discover (or re-visit) your dowsing skills. Use them to examine the effect of commonly used chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning products, over-the-counter medicines, foodstuffs and supplements on your energy field. Learn how to avoid or overcome detrimental effects, and avoid wasting money on items of little benefit. You will dowse on the body directly, as well as on simple charts which give more accurate information. You will learn how to use a ‘witness’, such as a hair sample, to helping investigate problems of people who live far away. Please bring writing materials and a dowsing pendulum. Charts will be provided.

Linda Cartwright became interested in esoteric healing techniques when a dowsing homeopath cured her of an intractable problem. She now practices radionics, which depends on the dowsing skill. Hartmut trained in Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy and has taught development classes and energy workshops for six years.

Hartmut is also a tutor at The College.
