Chakras are concentrated energy sources through which we receive, transmit and process our life energies. They are the way in which our mind, body and spirit interact as one holistic system, and the openings through which we create our own physical and metaphysical reality. The energy released from our emotions and mental belief systems is processed by the chakas, which then pass it on to the cells within our body. Through discussion, meditation and exercises we will explore each of the seven main chakras within our bodies. We will discuss how to open, close and protect them and some cleaning techniques. This session will include clearing and healing.

We will explore any relevant and unresolved past life or karmic issues that need to be cleared. We will learn how to use dowsing to check if there are any emotional patterns being repeated in this lifetime which need to be released. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to play various singing bowls in many different circumstances; such as playing whilst on holiday or at home, playing a bowl in your hand or on a table, or on the floor during a healing. You will be given an opportunity to compile a set of singing bowls which relate to the different chakras, and be shown how to work with them. You will learn how to strike and stroke bowls effectively creating the right ambience for meditation and healing purposes. You will be guided to listen intuitively to various notes and resonances between each bowl before introducing more bowls for a harmonious and prolonged meditation. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to perform a short meditation to the group.

Rebekah is a professional Shamanic, Crystal (ICCH) and Essence Practitioner and trained with a Tibetan Singing Bowl Master of Nepal, bringing Eastern philosophy of healing to the West. As a qualified teacher, Rebekah runs workshops around the UK as well as lecturing at Bucks New University.
