An introductary day designed for those who want to learn how to develop their psychic awareness but cannot attend the evening classes. Practical exercises and discussions in a safe learning environment will cover the following areas of study: protection, grounding, meditation and how to sense and work with your chakras and aura. Through guided visualisations we will also contact our Spirit Guides and gently open our sensitivity. All are welcome!
