This workshop explores the ancient tradition of Shamanic Journeying using core shamanic techniques. You will be taught how to tap into buried knowledge by moving deep inside yourself with the ancient tradition of drum rhythm which alters brainwave frequencies. A one day workshop for those with experience in Mediumship Development. This is a practical day and will include constant work, assessment and instruction. Andy is a psychotherapist and past life explorer, and the director of training or the Past Life Regression Academy. He is the author of the books, healing the Eternal Soul and Exploring the Eternal Soul which cover his personal research working with past lives and soul memories between lives. He is the editor of Transforming the Eternal Soul, a new book explaining the different ways regression helps people overcome personal problems.

Reena is a Psychology graduate, Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Life between Lives and Regression Therapist. Within Chinese medicine the energy of the EARTH element provides us with feelings of being supported, grounded and nourished. This can be on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. The stomach and spleen meridians influence the front of the body and the organs of the digestive system. You will engage with your own EARTH qualities, using meditation and exercises, before accessing the EARTH energy in another via specific meridians and acupoints. The aim is to encourage the flow of Ki energy in order to restore balance and support integration. You will use hands-on and hands-off techniques that can be used in your current healing practice. You must attend the first meridian workshop before attending this workshop.

Doe Warnes MRSS, ITEC, BDMT has practiced therapeutic bodywork for 30 years. She is a Shiatsu teacher/practitioner, dance-movement therapist and EXTEND teacher. She teaches anatomy and physiology to students of Shiatsu, Dance-Movement therapy and Dance Performers. Doe also runs the College’s Anatomy and Physiology half-day workshops at the College.

The art of Crystal Meditation brings us to a point of understanding how crystals act as a bridge from Spirit to the material. You will learn how to choose specific crystals for the use in meditation, which can be held or worn to absorb their specific properties. You will learn how to program your crystals, and how to cleanse and re-charge your stones so they become receptive to your individual vibrations. There will be group healing meditations in the afternoon for personal, interpersonal, and planetary healing. Bring your own crystals with you for the day or you can purchase ethically mined minerals. The day included individual crystal readings.

Andie follows in the footsteps of her grandfather, an inspirational crystal healer. She is a College tutor, psychic counsellor and crystal teacher who appears regularly on Sky TV as a teacher of psychic ability and Channel 5 as a crystal and colour therapy specialist. She contributes to many spiritual magazines explaining the use of crystals in everyday situations.

Elizabeth will show you various ways of healing your pets including hands-on and distant healing. She will cover the importance of connecting and telepathically linking with our pets and listening to their needs, as well as pet nutrition, and the chakra and endocrine system. The workshop explores zoopharmacognosy – the animal’s own selection of plant material to self-medicate. Elizabeth has created her own herb gardens and grows many plant extracts used in her animal apothecary to help heal minor ailments; she will share valuable tips on animal holistic healthcare including tasty recipes you can create at home. You will also send healing to sick animals and wildlife – please feel free to bring a photo with you. You will work with a selection of small animals throughout the day.
