This workshop will help you explore your psychic skills, and recognise the difference between psychic and mediumistic work. Using a variety of exercises and meditations you will start to explore this fascinating subject. You will learn how to start to connect to Spirit and bring through information from friends and relatives in spirit. Spirit guides are souls that have passed over. This workshop will help you to meet or connect with one or more of your guides so that you can start to work with them. Through guided meditations and exercises you will be shown how to feel, sense and see the guides around you, and start communicating with them. Each of us has one main guide who stays with us throughout our life and who does not work with anyone else. She/he is there to guide and help us through life. Some of these are ancestral guides who have kinship with us and can be either long dead or more recently departed. We also have power animals - animal spirits which reside with us and guide and protect us. Through different meditations we will try to connect with a range of these guides. Explore which methods of communication your guides have been using to contact you so you become more aware of them. This day will also teach you how to start trusting and tuning your intuition.

This workshop is an opportunity to restore the art of natural telepathy. A chance to relate to animals in their world and understand their physical and emotional behavior, relationships with others, likes and dislikes, and the things they would like to be different. The purpose of this workshop is to understand and experience automatic writing by Spirit. Channelled writing can be information for oneself from Spirit or guidance and understanding for others. You will open the connection to those in Spirit who wish to write through you, whether you have previous experience or not. This is the first in a six-part dowsing course, which offers a thorough basic training in the art of dowsing, and leads on to an advanced course to help you become a proficient dowser. This course of workshops provides an introduction to anatomy and physiology. We will explore ways of using the structures, tissues and systems of the body as a gateway to ground the spirit and to enliven the tissues of the body.
