CPS - MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
Please complete this form, print out, sign and return with the appropriate fee to: The College of Psychic Studies, Membership Office, 16 Queensberry Place, London SW7 2EB, UK. Membership takes up to a week to process. All documents are sent out by post. Membership Applications are accepted pending ratification by the College Council. FULL MEMBER: £40 per annum
Includes reduced rates for lectures, workshops and courses, subject to payment clauses on the back page of the programme. Members are also given three days priority booking on all events. Plus the College programme mailed to your home 3 times a year, subscription to LIGHT, and membership of the Library (conditions apply).
FRIENDS: £50 or more per annum
This category of membership allows those who wish to support the growth of the College to contribute a donation along with their membership fee. Friends receive the same benefits as Full Members. To allow the College to reclaim tax on the donation element of your subscription, past or future, this form will be accepted as a declaration that you paid, or will pay, tax equivalent to the tax paid in any year, and that you would like the College to reclaim the tax.
