How to join a College webinar... instructions

This is the easiest way to join us for a webinar.

Simply click on the link you have been provided in the email and enter your password. This will bring you to the webinar event page.

Then, simply click the 'Play' button and you are in.

This connection is interactive. You will also be able to ask questions and/or make comments, by typing these into the Q&A box.

Depending on your monthly calls allowance, please bear in mind that calls from mobiles can be more expensive so it is advisable using a landline.

Once connected you will be asked to provide the conference ID / pin code which is 610352#

You will then be asked to put in the conference / webinar password which has been provided by the College in your confirmation email.

Primary dial in number: (206) 402-0100

Secondary dial in number: (929) 223-3001

The numbers above will allow you access to the webinar wherever you are in the world. Please bear in mind that these are general US numbers and therefore you will need to make sure you can call a US number from your phone without incurring extra charges.

An easy way to get around this, so that you do not use the above primary and secondary dial in numbers, is to call a local number.

If you live in London UK, the local number to call is 020 3151 1990.

If you live in other parts of the UK, please see chart below for other local numbers you can call for telephone access.

If you live anywhere else in the world, please click on the link below to access the local number in your area / country.
