A practical introduction to accessing and developing the psychic senses that we all have. Learn the basic skills of opening up and closing down for psychic work, grounding and psychic protection.
Psychic development will be explored through meditation and visualisations, combined with a series of practical psychic exercises and group discussion to develop your understanding and confidence with this subject.
