Meditation is the basis for all inner work.
This course focuses on establishing or enhancing a meditative practice by exploring contemporary approaches to the art of meditation.
You will be encouraged to build up a core practice that works for you, using a more gentle and natural approach towards finding the stillness within you. We meditate to know ourselves- a process of coming into a caring and intimate relationship with our own consciousness and awareness.

I have always been drawn to spiritual matters and bought my first tarot cards in 1973. I studied tarot for some years and a later interest in psychic mediumship development lead me to the College where I studied under the guidance of Gerrie March. I am now a medium and psychic development tutor at the College. My style of teaching is gentle and encouraging and it is very gratifying to watch students develop and find their own unique voice.
