  • You'll have an eagle eye for detail as you'll be setting up our new presenter accounts and creating Zoom links for our online events, managing our Zoom platform and assisting our presenters and tutors with training and support.
  • You'll be friendly with a warm smile, as you'll be hosting our online and in-person talks, welcoming participants, introducing our speakers and stepping up as our digital admin hero.
  • Your creative flair, eye for imagery, and ability to rustle up a wonderfully witty caption will help to add a special sparkle to our social media platforms and newsletters.

Overall Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Zoom administration (and any other video conferencing platforms used)
  • Responsible for facilitating all aspects of talks and demonstrations (online and in person)
  • To provide support to the Digital Editor and Digital Project Manager

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Manage the administration of Zoom and video/audio editing

  • Oversee every aspect of the College's Zoom platform
  • Set up new presenter accounts on Zoom
  • Create accurate Zoom links for all online events
  • Liaise with new presenters to arrange Zoom training
  • Provide Zoom training for all presenters and ensure they are competent
  • Manage Zoom licence holders
  • If event has a host and co-host, ensure they are both aware of how this arrangement works on Zoom and that the co-host has access to the event
  • Assist with any Zoom queries and ensure they are responded to and resolved in a timely fashion
  • Edit online video content for on-demand products and social media posts
  • Upload video content to create online courses on learning management system software (like Thinkific or Learndash)
  • Edit audio content, such as podcasts and meditations

Manage the College talks and demonstrations

  • Liaise with the presenter ahead of their event
  • Ensure all presenters have their Zoom access link and password
  • Enquire if the presenter is including images, video, or music in their presentation
  • Ensure presenters are competent in using Zoom if images, video, or music are included
  • Ensure the event is recorded
  • Support presenter with technical set up and do sound checks (if live at College)
  • Admit and welcome audience, introduce and manage presenter, be present throughout and close the event
  • Support the presenter in managing time and taking audience questions
  • Deal with any technical issues
  • Edit recording of event and upload to College YouTube channel.
  • Send recording of event to participants when College has agreed it will be available
  • Advise Digital Editor when recording is available for upload to the website
  • Store recordings of paid events for future paid on demand content

Provide social media support

  • Create social media posts and upload across our platforms according to a social media schedule
  • Adhere to and support the College's visual and editorial style
  • Update social media schedule
  • Monitor engagement across all social media platforms
  • Ensure all questions and comments are assessed and promptly responded to
  • Take photographs to share on social media and to store in the College's online photobank
  • Share ideas to develop and improve our social media
  • Create monthly full moon posts
  • Create weekly distant healing posts for Facebook and Instagram, and collate and distribute the distant healing lists to the clinics. Manage all feedback

Provide administrative support to the Digital team

  • Assist in implementing any plans and projects created by the Digital Project Manager
  • Assist with audience research and reports
  • Prepare compilation of event statistics, with summary and analysis
  • Help to brainstorm, develop and implement digital projects and strategies
  • Follow up any queries and issues
  • Assist in preparing newsletters, promotions and social media campaigns
  • Responsible for sharing news about events by composing and sending emails to our existing client base
  • Establish a calendar for sending out these emails

Competence / Knowledge / Skills Required

  • Have at least one year of practical experience in a similar role
  • Experience and adept in the use of managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Appropriate IT and digital platform skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated
  • Confident and able to make decisions
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Adherence and compliance to health and safety
  • Have an interest in spirituality and partake in appropriate College events
  • Have a creative flair and ability to translate this into digital content
  • Digital editing experience (audio and video)
  • Experience of managing CRM systems and creating data records

  • Canva Designs
  • Social Media Scheduling Software
  • Video conferencing software – eg. Zoom
  • Google sheets/excel
  • Constant Contact

Working Hours:

Full Time = 37.5 hours per week. 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-5pm

Tuesday, Thursday (to include evening talks): 12.45pm-8.45pm


Able to work at the College in London and at home


£22k per annum
