This is a follow-on workshop for those who have completed part one.

In Chinese medicine the earth and metal elements provide a contracting force.

Earth brings us feelings of nurture, support, and a sense of feeling grounded. It influences the front of the body and the digestive system.

The metal element affects how we exchange with our environment through our borders and boundaries. It influences the respiratory system. We will engage with the earth and metal elements using meditation, exercises and discussion. We will also locate the pathways of the meridians and find acupoints on each other.

The aim is to encourage the flow of '˜Ki' energy in the meridians to restore balance and support integration. There will be partner work with hands-on and hands-off techniques used during the day.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
