Life is serious business, and we can get bogged down in the nitty gritty of it all - jobs, politics, relationships, ageing, finances. We find ourselves stuck in a rut and crystallised in certain ways of thinking, behaving and being.
We know this isn't how we have always been - there was a time when we were much less serious and stressed about everything - but we don't know how to snap out of it.
This kundalini yoga workshop is a joyful shake up, a complete reset, to align us with our innate joy, our carefree nature, our childish wonder at this magical mystery of life. It is an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and set a new perspective on our future.
This workshop is for everyone, regardless of level or ability. All you need to practise is an open mind and willing spirit. You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor/ yoga mat for extended periods of time. Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement
I have worked with many styles of yoga - from Ashtanga to Vinyasa for more than ten years and teach Kundalini and general hatha yoga. When not teaching yoga I write regular magazine features for Om Yoga, Yoga and Everyday Health.
