Our nervous system is one of our most important tools in this human form. But with the pace of life increasing so exponentially and demands on our time and energy growing by the day, it's our nervous system that is compromised. An overloaded nervous system leaves us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to cope.

This half-day workshop uses movement, mantra and meditation to supercharge our sympathetic and parasympathetic systems so we can glide through life's stresses with grace and ease. It sloughs off years of deeply held tension and anxiety, creating a refreshing new space that invites us to expand into new avenues of being and live our best life.

This is a movement-based workshop, so please wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in. We will be using yoga mats, but there will be chairs available for those who are uncomfortable sitting on the floor. No experience is necessary for kundalini yoga, but an open mind and willing spirit are a must! Mats and blankets are provided

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
