Needing direction or seeking answers? We often ask for guidance and solutions from outside of ourselves, but knowing who and how to ask can be confusing. Your Soul and Spirit Guides can help, but do you know the difference between them?

Sarah will teach you about the Soul and its distinctive voice. She will introduce you to your Spirit Guides and help you experience their guidance whilst building a stronger connection. Together you will gain access to this incredible support network that is always there for you.
