An open heart, attitude and mind act as a magnet for bright new opportunities, people and experiences to flow easily into your life.

An attitude of YESness creates the space for prosperity, joy and abundance to gush in. On the other hand, being closed, fearful and suspicious squeezes a clenched fist around life's flow. It creates a rut in which we can all get stuck now and again.

This kundalini yoga workshop uses prescribed kriyas and meditations to release anything that's '˜clenching our fists' or preventing us from truly opening to life's gifts. Tapping into the rebirthing energy of spring, we will learn to relax, trust ourselves and embody a blossoming '˜yes' to all the juicy goodness that the universe has to offer.

First timers and seasoned yogis are welcome.

You don't need to be super fit, strong or bendy, but you do need to have an open mind and willing spirit for this workshop. Some aspects of the course will be more physical, while others are more meditative and restorative.

DIFFERENCES between Gemmas courses and workshop: both Saturday and Monday courses would include kundalini yoga, meditations and mantra, and set of kriyas (set of exercises and meditations). Each class in each course will have the different set of kriyas, so the Monday course have been introduced to enable people to practice yoga twice a week if they wish so. In regards to the one day workshop on 21 February, this will contain a very specific set of exercises for opening up and blossoming and as this will be a whole day practice rather than an hour and half, it will be a lot more powerful. You will then be able to integrate these specific exercises into your daily practice.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
