During this evening talk, Dr Nida who is a yogi from a long lineage in Amdo, Tibet, will share and discuss with us the ancient wisdom and special insights contained within the Tibetan book of the Dead.

This revered spiritual text is intended as a guide through the experiences that consciousness undergoes after death. Called the Bardo state, this is the interval between death and the next rebirth, or liberation from the cycle of rebirth.

The Tibetan Book of the Dead also reveals to us the signs of death and rituals to undertake when death is closing in or has taken place.

A thought provoking evening on the way we look at death and the dying and the trials and rewards of a spiritual path.

This talk is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
