Bardo Yoga is one of the Vajrayana Buddhist meditation practices and is rarely made available in the UK to people outside of the Tibetan medicine tradition.

In this two-day intensive workshop, Dr Nida, a yogi from a long lineage in Amdo, Tibet, will teach useful techniques long practised by Tibetan yogis to ensure a smooth after death journey. Through practice of these techniques, each soul is able to choose more consciously its own awakening after death.

This 2 day workshop will include:

  • general knowledge on the process of death and how to travel consciously beyond this life
  • meditation techniques with visualisation and mantras
  • simple powerful techniques to facilitate the minds restless state into a more receptive place
  • How these techniques can be helpful not only for ourselves but also for those working in palliative care or with the dying, to help them overcome any fear of dying

This workshop is open to all and no previous experience is need; it will be beneficial to anyone who is going to die.

This workshop is taking place in-person at our college in London

You can find the address and travel directions on our contact page - we'll also include all the information in your enrolment email.
