Phowa (the transference of consciousness at the point of death) is an invaluable and important practice in caring for the dying or in preparation of our own death.

Described in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, it can be performed quite simply and naturally by everyone, especially caregivers, offering serenity and knowledge at a critical time to whoever wishes to use it.

An essential practice, it is used to help dying friends and relatives and for loved ones who have passed on. This two day workshop is taught by Dr. Nida, a practising Ngakpa yogi endowed with its special transmission.

Until recently its practice was known to only a few, Phowa helps to free all practitioners from the suffering and fear of death

Course materials included in price.
