To awaken our spirits we must awaken the land, to awaken the land we must awaken our ancestors'.
We inherit DNA but we can also inherit a whole load of patterning that has been passed down through the past traumas experienced by members of our bloodline. These patterns can play out in negative ways and affect whole generations until healing is found. By learning to heal these wounds we can literally change the course of our lives and the lives of our descendants.
We can also then release the '˜ancestral gold' '" the many gifts of power and energy that have lain dormant in our ancestral heritage and through this release become spiritually confident and powerful '" connected to a whole line of people stretching back eventually to the beginning of time.
In this powerful workshop you will learn shamanic techniques and take part in ceremony to connect with your ancestors '" identifying negative patterns that have passed down your bloodline and how these can be transformed and healed.
You will also identify ancestral gifts that are lying dormant and learn to connect spiritually with the power of your ancestral lineage, to enhance your life going forward.
We will use the drum and other shamanic tools to assist us to enter into communication with the Otherworld and our ancestors. Please bring a picture or a personal item of an ancestor who is now in the world of spirit and some food you are happy to share with your ancestors.
