When the energetic centres of our body are out of balance it reflects outwards, spilling into our reality.

We find that we are working or playing too hard; we can find ourselves addicted to substances or scenarios; perhaps we give or take too much or too little; we may feel depressed or isolated or it could just be a feeling of not quite being in our flow. In this one-day workshop, we practice kundalini yoga kriyas, meditations, mantras and relaxations to bring our being back into equilibrium.

We will work on clearing, balancing and aligning the chakras and releasing anything that is throwing us off kilter. We shake out any areas that have become stuck and open our body's systems to a healthy inflow and outflow of energy, energising, balancing and centring us.

  • This workshop is for everyone, regardless of level or ability.
  • You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts
  • There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor/yoga mat for extended periods of time.
  • Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement.
