Sleep is critical for health and wellbeing and for performing at your best every day. Sleep restores you on a physical, mental and emotional level. 

However, sometimes when you need it most, sleep is elusive. And when sleep is elusive so are its restorative benefits. 

What if it didn't have to be that way? What if there was a technique that allowed you to get all the benefits of sleep and more?

Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a deep relaxation technique that quiets the mind and releases tension from the body, harnessing the body's sleep cycle to enter deep states of meditation.

The practice represents a compressed sleep cycle so time spent in Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-3 times normal sleep time, making it the ultimate power nap. In addition, it strengthens the body's sleep cycle, improving the quality of your normal sleep. Finally, it can be used to help you to fall asleep more quickly so that you maximise on the sleep time available to you.
