Mark Wentworth is the creator of Colour PsychoDynamics®, a unique approach exploring the deeper living world of colour archetypes and the hidden patterns that shape how we live, relate and work.
Colour PsychoDynamics emerged over four decades through years of exploring and working with the symbolic language of colour, dreams, drama, story and film. Designed for individuals, groups and businesses, it supports you in a more wholehearted, creative and meaningful way of living and being.
Based in the UK, Mark works internationally both in person and online. Alongside his pioneering work with Colour PsychoDynamics, he has spent more than twenty-five years working with Deep Memory Process, training with its founder, Jungian analyst and past-life therapy pioneer Dr Roger Woolger, later becoming an accredited trainer of the method, which continues to influence his work today.
In 1998, Mark published his first book, Add a Little Colour to Your Life, which has since been translated into multiple languages including French, Greek, Portuguese, Romanian and Turkish. In 2024, his second book, I Am Me – Discover the Life Path Colour in You, written in collaboration with Amanda Hoffmann, was published and became the first of his books to be translated into Latvian. A third book is currently in the making.
Over the years, Mark has shared his work internationally through workshops, training programmes, television, radio and collaborative projects exploring the deeper relationship between colour, story and human nature.
What continues to inspire him most, however, is the privilege of witnessing that spark of light returning to someone's eyes as they reconnect with their inherent nature and unique way of being in the world.
