Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access an online event?

The link to access your course, workshop or event is included in your booking confirmation email. If you are joining us for a course, the same link can be used to access each of your classes. We have chosen Zoom as our online classroom as it is free to download and easy to use. Please ensure you have downloaded it and familiarised yourself with it well before your course, workshop or event is due to start. You will also need a good internet connection, camera and microphone.

Do you record online classes?

We do not make recordings of our classes. One of the unique aspects of the College's online courses is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded. If you need to miss any sessions, your tutor will be happy to offer a brief outline of the material covered.

Can I book on the day?

Our class numbers are limited to protect the intimacy of our courses, workshops and events, whether online or in person. They can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance.

How do I receive updates from the College?

We recommend that you sign up to our newsletter to receive regular updates direct to your inbox. We would love to welcome you to our College community on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Can I visit The College of Psychic Studies?

We welcome visitors at our beautiful College building in London. Please click here for our in-person events.

Do I need to print out my booking confirmation email?

You don't need a print-out. Simply check in at reception once you arrive at the College. You can check all of your booking details in your College account.

I have a question about my disability needs…

Please let us know through our Contact Form. Our team will be in touch to assist you.

Do you have a Safeguarding policy?

We value the importance of protecting all our employees, students and wider community and have many policies in place to support, including a dedicated Safeguarding policy. Click here to download information on our Safeguarding policy.

Can I bring food or drink into the College?

You are welcome to enjoy snacks and drinks in the College kitchen. Food and drink are not allowed in our consulting rooms, meditations, lecture hall, workshops or classes. Please do not bring alcohol or pungent food into the College. We reserve the right to ask anybody who abuses this to remove their items from the building. This requirement is set to ensure the comfort of your fellow students.

Does the College have parking?

While there is street parking on Queensberry Place, there is no privately allocated parking for the College or its students.
