Could you be our Digital Marketing & Zoom Assistant?
- Reporting To: Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
- Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week); occasional evenings/weekends required for events
- Location: South Kensington, London
- Overall Purpose of Role: To provide operational and marketing support across The College of Psychic Studies' digital activity. This role manages Zoom delivery, tutor onboarding and training, event hosting, and digital administration, while also contributing to social media management, marketing campaigns, and audience engagement. By handling both the technical and promotional aspects of the College's online presence, this role ensures events run smoothly and supports the wider Digital Marketing team in delivering effective, engaging content to students and prospective audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Zoom & Online Event Delivery
- Review the list of College zoom licence holders, ensuring there are licences available for new presenters
- Remove old licence holders and allocate new licences, as instructed
- Set up new presenter accounts and manage permissions
- Provide Zoom training to tutors and presenter
- Host/co-host online talks and demonstrations
- Welcome audiences, manage waiting rooms, introduce presenters, and ensure events run to schedule
- Troubleshoot live technical issues swiftly and professionally
- Ensure that all the appropriate events are recorded and the recordings are stored correctly
- Upload recordings, and other class materials, onto student dashboards
Support with Digital Marketing Tasks:
- Assist with creating promotional images for tutor events, following provided templates
- Assist the digital marketing team with the creation, delivery, and scheduling of marketing campaigns across social media and email
- Assist with responding to questions and messages across social media platforms, helping to provide friendly and timely customer service
- Assist with the management and upkeep of the Instagram Shop
Video & Digital Content Administration:
- Perform basic editing of recordings for on-demand use
- Upload recordings to YouTube and College platforms
- Archive and maintain recording libraries for future use
General Digital Administration:
- Respond to student queries related to Zoom access and links
- Support CRM updates, attendance records and data entry
- Collate event statistics (attendance, issues, recording outcomes)
- Provide administrative support to the Digital & Social Media Coordinator
Internal & External Relationships:
- Liaise with tutors and presenters
- Provide student support for digital access queries
- Work collaboratively with the wider College team
Skills & Experience Required
- At least one year of administrative or digital support experience
- Confident using Zoom and other online event platforms
- Comfortable training others in basic digital tools
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, especially during live events
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic video/audio editing experience (preferred)
- Interest in the College's subject areas
Software Knowledge:
- Zoom
- Canva (basic use desirable)
- Excel. Microsoft
- Social media platforms (support-level)
- CRM systems (training provided)
Role Summary: This role sits at the intersection of digital operations and marketing support, combining the smooth running of the College's online programme with hands-on involvement in social media and marketing activity. Alongside managing Zoom delivery and providing a seamless digital experience for tutors and students, you will actively contribute to promotional campaigns, social media engagement and content creation — playing a visible role in how The College of Psychic Studies presents itself online.
