Going Deeper Series - Building the Energy Body: Intention and Attention

A series of smaller intimate and intensive workshops to take us deeper into the nuts and bolts of reality and how we create it. These will be small groups with a maximum of ten participants. These events are for people who have worked with David before, either in retreats, workshops or one to one energy work. These days will be focused, powerful and designed to heighten evolution of those attending.

There will be individual attention and a degree of willingness to really look at and move through issues will be required.

The work on these days will enhance our innate capacity to heal, expand intuition and psychic abilities, and deepen self-regard, inner trust and connection with the unseen worlds.

We will co create and make use of expanded fields of consciousness, learning how to integrate these into our everyday experience. This day will focus on practices to clear, align, integrate and expand the energy body. We are now in a place collectively where we understand ourselves as beings of energy and light; we know that we have a physical body, but that the body is in us.

We are penetrating deeper into the body to release its innate wisdom and create a foundation of strength and trust in the body so we can move into higher dimensions within and around us.

On this day we will work with expanded sensitivity to open our individual energy field to greater and greater flows of light and information.

We will move through different levels of the field with awareness, practicing holding focus and intention to create new openings and dynamics in the field. We will learn how to anchor higher degrees of light and what this does for us at a physical emotional and mental level.

This day will be deeply integrative and elevating.
