Today is the beginning of the Festival of Vestalia, in honour of the Roman Goddess of the home and hearth Vesta.
The 'Flamma Vesta' or eternal flame, a symbol of the soul, gave a spiritual focus to inspire, comfort and promote good health and well-being.
Surrounded by the candles and gentle psychic energy in our beautiful hall, relax and recharge through the resonance of the gongs in preparation for the summer solstice later this month.
