This workshop will explore the ancient and modern traditions of utilising altered states of consciousness to enhance creativity, access our intuition and to gain insights about intellectual pursuits, ourselves, others, our environment and the universe itself.
The day will combine an introductory talk with group work, discussion, practical exercises and personal discovery, and will cover dream incubation, hypnagogia, yoga nidra, breathwork techniques, psychoactive substances (no practical!), ganzfeld and darkrooms among other things.
Please bring a notebook and pen.
