This one-day introductory workshop reveals the sacred roots of the Judaeo-Christian mysticism known as Kabbalah - the Hebrew word for receive. This is an oral teaching, founded on ancient truths, that updates for each generation. It is a wise and generous tradition, helping us to live well and healthily whatever the external circumstances.
You do not have to be of any faith or religion to study Kabbalah.
Through teaching, discussion and guided meditation you will learn the secrets of the two Kabbalistic diagrams, The Tree of Life and Jacob's Ladder, the difference between your true self and your false self, the nature of your soul and how to draw abundance into your heart, your body and your everyday life.
