The Himalayan singing bowl is shrouded in mystery and according to oral tradition their existence dates back to circa 560 - 480BCE.
In this master class Olaf will teach you the various techniques used to encourage the bowls to sing their song, along with different methods to utilise them in your own healing and personal practices.
This master class is ideal for anyone who would like to know more about the singing bowls, has their own, but is just not sure how to use it, or would like to feel more confident in its use.
Each of Olaf's masterclasses comes with a certificate of achievement that can be used towards your personal CPD hours. There will also be the opportunity to purchase a starter set of bowls and a selection of larger ones.
