Tibetan culture has a very long lineage in dream studies, covering medical and spiritual purposes.

This event allows you to immerse yourself into Tibetan dream techniques under the expert guidance of Dr Nida.

This 2-day workshop will include:

  • The five primordial elements: how they function in the body
  • Your chakras and subtle channels and their relationship to dreams
  • How we experience dreams through the five senses
  • Dreams and spiritual practice-understanding ordinary, symbolic and prophetic dreams
  • The relationship between time and dreams
  • The meaning of symbols in our dreams
  • Using dreams to cure blockages of energy and mind

Dr Nida Chenagtsang

Dr. Nida Chenagtsang is a traditional Tibetan yogi-physician and lineage holder of the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique Vajrayana Buddhist spiritual healing tradition of Tibetan Medicine.

Born in Amdo, in Northeastern Tibet, he began his early medical studies at the local Tibetan Medicine hospital. Later he was awarded scholarship to enter the Lhasa Tibetan Medical University, where he completed his medical education in 1996, with practical training at the Tibetan Medicine hospitals in Lhasa and Lhoka.
