Conquer Your Fear with Kundalini Yoga

If there's one thing that prevents us from expanding into our full, uninhibited potential, it's fear.

Fear makes us small, it clips our wings and keeps us perched 'safely' on the banks of the juicy flow of life, rather than allowing us to fully immerse ourself in it, embracing and playing with all its beautiful possibilities, opportunities, connections and miracles.

In this workshop we will practice kundalini yoga kriyas, meditations and relaxations to chip away at the fear that prevents us from diving deep into our full, bright, glorious potential, encouraging us to live courageously and fearlessly from the heart.

This workshop is for everyone, regardless of level or ability.

You may find some of the movements challenging but always worth your best efforts. There will be chairs available for those who find it uncomfortable sitting on the floor/yoga mat for extended periods of time.

Please wear comfy clothes appropriate for movement.

Gemma Bliss

I have worked with many styles of yoga - from Ashtanga to Vinyasa for more than ten years and teach Kundalini and general hatha yoga. When not teaching yoga I write regular magazine features for Om Yoga, Yoga and Everyday Health.
