The Himalayan singing bowl is shrouded in mystery and according to oral tradition their existence dates back to circa 560 '" 480BCE.
In this the second master class of the term, Olaf will teach you the various techniques used to encourage the bowls to sing their song along with different methods to utilise them in your own healing and personal practices.
There will be group singing bowl work enabling you to practice the techniques and methods for bowl healing. This master class is ideal for anyone that would like to know more about the singing bowls, has their own but just not sure how to use it, or would like to feel more confident in its' use.
There will also be the opportunity to purchase a starter set of bowls.
