Deity, saint, or something far greater? Meet the triple goddess, Catholic saint, Vodou lwa and Queen of Britons, Brigit, in this livestream talk.
This online talk will introduce you to the Irish triple goddess Brigit, daughter of the Dagda, partner of Bres, and mother to Ruadan. We will trace Brigit's connection to fire and water and examine typical practices associated with honouring Brigit, particularly at Imbolc in Ireland.
We'll go on to discover Brigit's long history in Christianity as the only female saint, and across the ocean as a Vodou lwa in Haiti. Finally, we meet Brigit as Brigantia, Queen of the Britons.
Book now to meet Brigit as a formidable feminine force in all her many fascinating guises.
