Settle in for an evening of deep relaxation as you travel with the healing rhythms of the sacred drum in this in-person sound healing. 

Relax into the cosy space that Heather lovingly holds for you, and immerse in the healing sounds to rejuvenate, restore and uplift your energy, leaving you refreshed and replenished.

This calming session invites you to disconnect from everyday stress, settle into stillness, and allow the vibrations and frequency of sounds and gentle chants envelop you. This evening's carefully curated soundscape will harmonise your energy and foster a sense of tranquility and wellbeing.

To ensure maximum comfort, you will be provided with a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. You are welcome to bring your own eye mask to enhance the experience if you like. And of course, you are welcome to bring your own mat, pillow and blanket if you would prefer.
