As the veil thins, join Heather McDonald for this special in-person sound healing session, an evening of deep relaxation held within the healing rhythms of the sacred drum.

In this power session, held within the boundary of the Sacred Drum's rhythm, we will set our intentions on grounding, protecting and strengthening our own energy field. Allowing us to feel safe and supported in our connections with Spirit, confident in the knowledge that nothing can cross our own shielded boundary unless it comes in the energy of pure love.

This evening's carefully curated soundscape, tailored especially for the energies of the season, will harmonise your energy and foster a sense of tranquility and wellbeing. Relax into the cosy space that Heather lovingly holds for you, and immerse in the healing sounds to rejuvenate, restore and uplift your energy, leaving you refreshed and replenished.

To ensure maximum comfort, you will be provided with a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. You are welcome to bring your own eye mask to enhance the experience if you like. And of course, you are welcome to bring your own mat, pillow and blanket if you would prefer.
