Exploring themes of personal and collective power, this in-person New Moon in Gemini sound bath aims to transport mind, body and spirit to redefine the existential experience, cultivating our dreams from a place of empowerment.
Featuring curated and bespoke therapeutic live sound and production, the frequencies, tones and textures work towards balancing our nervous system, enchanting the mind-body connection and to deconstruct any disillusion that modern life can instil.
Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. You will also receive a PDF of journal prompts to reflect on & refer to in your own time.

Entry requirements:
- This event is unsuitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy.
