In this in-person workshop, you'll explore the deep, often unspoken relationship between divine feminine energy, the womb space and the generational patterns we carry – consciously and subconsciously – in our bodies.

Our bodies can hold onto things we don't have words for. Patterns passed down through maternal lines can shape our self-esteem, confidence and relationships – and even our creativity, sense of safety and capacity for pleasure. Often, these patterns don't manifest as clear memories, but as shame, tension, cyclical pain or illness, or a body that's never quite settled. Reconnecting with the womb space, physical and/or energetic, can support the body's own sense of knowing: releasing suppressed emotion and deepening your connection to intuition.

What to expect

This workshop with Patience Chidogora offers a gentle way to explore what the body might be holding. We'll begin to listen to the body as a keeper of ancestral memory. Expect a gentle mix of teaching with guided somatic and creative practices, as well as energy clearing, to support you in untangling generational patterns that may have never been yours to hold.

This untangling happens from the inside out, but it doesn't happen alone – part of what makes this day so powerful is the container we create together: a community of people willing to be gently held, and to hold one another, without needing to explain or perform. Simply being witnessed, and witnessing others, is often where the deepest shifts happen.

This in-person workshop includes:

  • Exploring your own relationship to divine feminine energy as a felt, embodied experience
  • Understanding the womb-gut connection as a space of storage, memory and release
  • Space to notice ancestral patterns without needing a 'story' ready
  • Gentle somatic tools to strengthen intuition and your daily connection to the womb space

Who is this workshop for?

Open to all curious minds – therapists, healers and practitioners alike. No prior experience is needed. Whether you have a physical womb or not, you're welcome exactly as you are. Please wear comfortable clothing, as some gentle movement may be involved.

Patience creates a calm, grounded space, free of pressure to share, perform or have it all figured out. These practices are offered as a space for reflection and body awareness, not a diagnosis or replacement for medical or psychological care – support is available before, during and after the day, so you're never left alone with what surfaces.

Book now to join us for a day of embodiment, ancestral inquiry and gentle untangling – timed with the New Moon for extra potency.
