A lightworker is someone who carries a deep inner knowing that their purpose goes beyond the conventional. Their gifts – whether healing, intuition, empathy, channelling or space-holding – are meant to be shared. However, lightworkers often hide from their calling, not because of a lack in their abilities, but because of the fear of judgment, dismissal or quiet withdrawal that can come with speaking up about spiritual gifts. As a result, gifts stay private, callings are suppressed, and the cost – to lightworkers and to those who need what only they can offer – accumulates.

What to expect

Drawing on neuroscience, lived experience and spiritual wisdom, this workshop gets specific about what's actually keeping you silent, and why your brain and nervous system are wired to resist visibility. You will be guided through practical and empowering techniques to move through that resistance, on both a practical human and spiritual level.

• This workshop is not suitable for those who are currently feeling traumatised or who have deeply repressed trauma that requires one-to-one support.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share openly with the tutor and the group. These conversations can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
