Join Soul Midwife Mandy Preece for her award-winning Being Rock training. In this livestream workshop, we will redefine how we listen and respond to each other in those everyday – often unanticipated – life and work moments.
At its essence, Being Rock is about our presence and how, at any moment with family, friends, clients and colleagues, we can be their safe space. It is an essential skill for empaths, healers, parents, carers and those working in service.
In this online workshop, we will explore how to:
- Ensure our colleagues and clients feel heard
- Respond when someone shares something unexpected and personal
- Support our family and friends and spot when they are struggling
Let's re-vision how we support those around us while maintaining our own self-care.

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
