Each part of this interactive online workshop will build on the other, combining mindfulness meditation, group processes, and practical tools to support your wellbeing.
Part 1: Foundations of Mindfulness and Stress Awareness

- Strengthen tools to release unhealthy patterns and invite greater joy, creativity, and happiness.
