Trance Mediumship: Going Deeper

Join trance medium Sarah Tyler-Walters for the second in a series of three in-person workshops that puts you at the heart of your trance mediumship practice, as you strengthen your energy, deepen your altered state and develop a clearer connection with spirit.

There are many levels, purposes and applications of channelling and trance mediumship, from speaking and writing to healing. There are also many types and vibrations of spirit who wish to communicate through this form of mediumship. But it all begins with you. The quality of your connection depends on the foundations you build: a well-prepared energy system, a settled mind and a clear understanding of who you are blending with.

What to expect

This workshop focuses on you: your energy system, your preparation, how you enter the altered state, and who you connect to in spirit. You will explore what helps and what hinders your trance work, including the subtle ways the ego, mind and expectations can get in the way. Sarah will work with the group as a whole and with each of you individually, giving you personal guidance on your development in a supportive, interactive setting.

This in-person workshop includes:

• Improving your connection to spirit and understanding who you are blending with
• Enhancing your energy by looking at its structure and clearing any blocks
• Deepening your level of altered state
• Understanding how your ego, mind and expectations get in the way, and how to deal with them
• An introduction to working in a trance cabinet

Meet your tutor, Sarah Tyler-Walters

Sarah Tyler-Walters has been a professional trance medium since 2003 and has taught at The College of Psychic Studies since 2004. Working with her spirit guide, Master Chou, she gives one-to-one consultations and leads courses, masterclasses and lectures for people who want to work with spirit both personally and professionally. She is also an intuitive coach specialising in Soul-Led Living, helping people understand their soul, energy and behaviour. Students value her gift for explaining information in a way that resonates and is practical, logical and easy to apply. That makes her an ideal guide for anyone ready to deepen their trance mediumship practice.

• Due to the nature of this workshop, spaces are limited. 
• Those who have completed Trance Mediumship: First Steps are welcome to join.
