Divination with Coffee, Eggs & Mirrors

From coffee grounds and mirrors to eggs, different cultures have used various methods for divination and scrying for centuries. This livestream workshop introduces you to some of these methods. 

This workshop teaches you some unusual modes of scrying. You will try these methods out for yourself while also building upon your personal bank of symbolism.

This online workshop includes:

• Oomancy, using eggs to both cleanse and read the aura
• Coffee-ground reading as an interesting alternative to the better-known tea-leaf reading
• Mirror scrying to observe energies in the spirit 
  

Pair-work will be encouraged to highlight the various ways in which we can interpret the symbolism.

You will need:

• 2 eggs (in case you break the first one!), a jug of water and a towel (for spillages)
• A cup of filtered coffee from a cafetiere or the contents of a filter from a coffee machine (you need to have had a sip from the coffee)
• A mirror, preferably wide enough to see your whole face and around you
• A pad and paper

We will not be recording this workshop. One of the unique aspects of the College's online events is that they are highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to discuss and share with the tutor and the group. These sharings can be very personal, and some may not feel comfortable with them being recorded.
